Pastor Phil Carroll began his call to ministry as a licensed minister in 1984 when he graduated from Eastern Pentecostal Bible College, now known as Master’s College and Seminary. He received his ordination for ministry in May of 1986 in the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada. He has had the privilege of serving at churches throughout Ontario in the communities of Mississauga, Windsor, Bradford and Ingersoll. He has applied his ministry skills as lead pastor since 1990 and continues to find fulfillment in teaching, loving, and leading Christ’s church.
Phillip met his wife Debbie while he was serving as youth pastor in Mississauga. They were married a couple of years later in 1986. Phillip and Debbie are privileged to have raised three children of whom they are very proud.
Pastor Phil accepted the call of God to become lead pastor of Kingston Gospel Temple in February 2015. He continues to enjoy building and growing the Kingdom of God here in Kingston alongside such a great group of Christ followers.
